Lets see, who is a woman of her word, not you, or you wouldn't be posting here would you.

Did I in any of my posts in this thread say I knew more than you?

Did you in your posts say you definately knew more than me?

Who professes to know exactly how SAVE wants their income?

Who said they new more about school funding than me, but refuses to tell us what their knowledge is, then says it is up to me to say why I know more than you.... Why I haven't professed to know more than you.

Who hasn't answered any straight forward questions put to you?

Who really put volunteers in their place by writing this?
and not dabbling as amateurs on the governing body either


All I did was offer an opposing opinion, just because you didn't like it, or couldn't understand it, it's no reason to respond as you did.

As you say, Flyfisher doesn't know anything about you, and you don't know anything about me, so don't make a slur on my name and other volunteers, as dabbling amateurs.

I'll ask those that I work with their opinion of me shall I? And just so you know a bit more about me.....

Currently I do voluntary work for

Young Enterprise, I am a Business advisor in an Autistic school, and sit on the area board - my expertise - finance.

I am a Businesss Mentor for two new start companies with The Prince's Trust, as I have been for some time. I have been hand picked to deal with particularly disadvantaged new starters due to my background in this area.
For this I have been invited to privately meet Prince Charles and Camilla and was invited to the 30th Birthday celebrations last year, where I met him again along with several other big businessmen and stars of stage and screen.

I work in Schools running The Real Game training.

I started up and ran National Fishing Week in our area for 9 years. Helping to get young children off the streets and into a hobby.

I started up and ran Lichfield Fishing Festival for 10 years. Donating money to our local hospice

I've coached my Son's football team for several years.

I helped start up and was chairman of a dog training club for many years.

I've joined the Neighbourhood Watch, in the area we hae just moved to. I aranged the first money making event they've had and we raised nearly £700 for our local first responder.

I help a charity to raise money to run a Job Centre in South Africa.

I've been a Micorsoft MVP for 4 years for the aid I give to users of MS software in my area of expertise.

As for my business life, I've run several very succesful business, selling one gave me the money to buy this house and to semi retire at 44, leaving me the time to work on the house and cherry pick what work I take from my other business, of which I own 5, plus one with my wife..... which just so happens to teach tax and law to the top accountants, finance houses, companies and the government and some of its agencies along with producing technical updates for the same, which their staff have to pass to keep their places.

I don't claim to be better than you, in fact I had one business with a partner who ran off with lots of stuff and left me with the company and over £200k of debt, but hey, 6 years later is was back being profitable.



I suspect, with your view of volunteers you've never done anything to help someone else for the joy they can give you back.......... but I'm interested in your business/work life.

You described "arrogant stuck up know it all" as personal abuse when aimed at you, whereas "Oh, brain the size of a planet, and why the f*ck should I? is "just forthright comment" as an answer to my perfectly reasonable question. Double-standards I'd say, not to mention downright rude.

Still, no need to post anything about yourself Nemesis, your posts say far more than any self-written profile ever could.

Graham - my qualifications, skills, professional career, extensive voluntary work, etc, and those of my husband really have nothing to do with you or this forum. But they are many. I think that between us we have done a great deal in our private and professional lives but boasting in public as you have done is not something either of us wish to do.

You really do get wound up and make an idiot of yourself over nothing. I also think you don't read properly what is said and so jump to all manner of strange conclusions.

And as for Flyfisher - I'd not jump to hasty conclusions. I don't. But by golly some folks are easy to wind up!
