Spot on Cloudscape, with a little teamwork. I'm wondering whether there is a listed building in England that Gareth does not recognise, or whether it is a knowledge of the correct architectural terminology which enables a more efficient search. Mousehole was burnt to the ground by Spanish raiders in 1595, with Squire Jenkyn Keigwin killed defending his house, the only to survive.
Gareth's clue about (g)astronomical fish refers to the local delicacy of Stargazy pie, a fish pie where the heads are left on and arranged to look upwards. We stuck to pasties.

The famous Tree House at Pitchford Hall, arguably the oldest in the world, was first mentioned in 1692. It is situated in a large leaved lime tree and constructed in the same style as Pitchford Hall.

The famous Tree House, arguably the oldest in the world, is circa 17th Century origin, first mentioned in 1692. It was given a new image in 1760 and was renovated by the present owners of the Pitchford Estate in 1980. Situated in a large leaved lime tree (Tilia Platyphyllos) it is constructed in the same style as Pitchford Hall. A part glazed door opens into the tree house to reveal a carved moulded cornice ceiling, stripped oak floor and gothic windows on all sides. There is evidence that the restoration in 1760 may be the work of the Shropshire architect Thomas Farnolls Pritchard.

In this case, I think it was just growing up watching too much telly in the 70s and 80s - Mousehole, the Spanish raid, and Star Gazey Pie never seemed not to be on "Blue Peter".

Apparently Dylan Thomas spent his honeymoon in Mousehole, and it is claimed that it was the inspiration for 'Llareggub', although the Cornish Tourist board fail to mention this fact on any of their leaflets.
In the absence of a current challenge, who designed this window, and a little harder, where is it?
