That extension is staying off and a new improved bigger better one is going up in it's place. We had no intention of doing this sort of thing when we bought the place (Honest Guv), but after much umming and arring about what to do with the rather crappy flat roofs and 4 inch (knackered) back wall this seemed to be the only way to go. We just try not to examine the financial implications too often :shock:
