DJH said:Nice one Milady. I missed that! The tools are for turnips and mangles and other root crops for topping and tailing them as they were pulled from the ground. I still have a scar on my left hand fore finger where I sliced a flap of skin open and because of the freezing conditions at the time didn't know I done it. :shock:
