Just me, starkers, extremely skinny in those days, perched amongst bluebells wearing a mortar board with the caption "Girl from St Thrillda's" -my college being St Hilda's. (St Hilda's, incidentally, made me write a formal letter of apology and promise to keep my clothes on in future - or leave and carry on glamour modelling without them - I chose Oxford)

I've got my boss's 17 year old daughter working for me at the moment, prior to going off to University - just a summer job. Before sending her out to do some work in our warehouse - which, like most industrial warehouses is a very male-dominated environment - I've had to promise her father that she will be appropriately clothed, which to him means covered up!
He'll be a nervous wreck when she heads off for Fresher's week.......

Joce - I think it would only be fair to give us a clue as to the (exact) date that this was published...!
Feltwell - if I remember rightly (I was drunk for most of them!), a week in warehouse with the lads will be pretty good preparation for Freshers' week!
Of course it if is just Fresher's week, then your boss need not worry! :wink:

But don't ignore them. Larger kidney stones can be dangerous, and require the proper treatment: http://www.nhs.uk/Conditions/Kidney-stones/Pages/Treatment.aspx
And don't dismiss the possibility of help from your GP.

Shameless name drop - my dad was a renal physician, now retired, and was called to sit backstage for a whole Police concert because Andy Summers the drummer (?) was passing a kidney stone! 1983, and I had to pick that night to have an early teenage party, so couldn't go with him - I was extremely annoyed!

People who take an age to execute a right, or left, turn in the car, has anyone else noticed that?

Fruit Shoots being marketed as being any relation to fruit at all and not a sugar syrup abhorrence (guess they wouldn't sell so well if they said that!)

The Norfolk fondness for turning right at a roundabout without indicating right or indeed left at any point - this can be awarded double points if executed from the left hand lane on entry and/or exit.yamin said:

And I agree with you about poor signalling, as a new driver it makes it very scary sometimes. Fortunately I'm in a 4 x4 so I can just menace everyone. 8)
