Right again. In the film, Hogwarts has a cloister from Durham Cathedral and large parts of Alnwick castle that can also be spotted in the first Black Adder series. It will come as no surprise to discover that when filming the Dursley's house in Privet Drive, the director chose Bracknell.

It is indeed a lovely building. The Midland (predecessors of HSBC) must have had a deal with Lutyens. Their ex-headquarters (this building's Lutyens-designed bigger brother) was in the news last July:
