Good Lord, that's actually worse than mine! Although my kitchen has bare brick walls, lead paint, soot and asbestos on the floor where I removed the tiles. All healthy stuff
Was that bucket the sink?

Exactly this, I was about the say the same thing. Kudos to Zebra for roughing that out. I'm not looking forward to winter but I'm hoping I'll have a wood burner installed at the end of the summer at least.I'm always amazed by what some of us will put up with and for how long while we bring these old places back to life. Good on ya Zebra, many I know would have had their Nikes on and be disappearing in a cloud of dust over the hills before even getting through the front door.
If youāre lucky you can pass along the things which were being āsaved in case theyāre usefulā to another unsuspecting forum memberBetter try and tidy up the dumping ground kitchen then. Itās a very sorry sight. And probably a health hazard. Havenāt got the money or time to do a proper kitchen yet, but a decent tidy/get rid of the vast amount of things Iāve been saving for a future possible use would be good
But you'll need whatever-it-is as soon as you get rid of it...Better try and tidy up the dumping ground kitchen then. Itās a very sorry sight. And probably a health hazard. I love a good list, so much so that I have been known to add a task Iām about to finish to it just for the joy of crossing it off 5mins laterā¦ā¦.. Is that bad?
