The planning procedures and decisions in this case have been gone through with a fine tooth comb several times over and everything is correct and legal.
claiming the decision is based on prejudice is an attempt by you to discredit a system that protects our countryside from illegal, speculative development.
The encampment next to a legal travellers site was exactly that, illegal, speculative development, no more no less.
The council are to be applauded for taking the care that they have.
