Stripping paint from pine bay window and front door

I obviously wouldn't suggest buying some old style DCM containing paint stripper from a well known auction site... :wink:

I have plentyful amounts of sheet metal so I could try shielding the glass.

I also have some "proper" paint stripper that you speak of, just dont know how this would overpaint

The 'proper' stripper never caused me any problems in the old days and I used a lot of it before we knew better.

Outside, with the proper PPE, rinsed off well afterwards it could be the solution for intricate bits close to the glass and then heat strip the big bits?
