Hi
Yes I can.
Unfortunately I probably hoover up more dust than most normal people, even more than most abnormal people. On average around 10kg a week at least, thats half a ton a year. Most of that is through direct dust extraction. I have three vacuums. The Fein Dustex (around £170) The Trend T30 (similar price) and Festool CT22 (about £550 with all the extras) The Fein and the Trend are actually the same unit with slightly different bag sizes. They are both wet and dry can be used with power tools, sanders/saws etc and are very robust, both of mine work after four years after being filled up and emptied hundreds of times. The trend is favourite as the dust bags are slightly cheaper and the long hose plus long lead give you a ridiculous reach of about 15 metres which means you can even do a flight of stairs easily without moving the unit. Comes with a 5 micron filter I think and you can get a 0.3 micron HEPA filter as an option although I have asthma and have never needed it. I mainly use the Festool these days but only because of the longlife bag, otherwise I would still be using the Trend every day. I used to think Henry's were the bees knees and they are very good, but for messy work you need one of these (the bag on the Henry is piddly and YES you do need to use a bag in all vacuum units designed as such as the bag is designed as part of the filtration system, to omit it you are just shortening the life of the motor and yourself) or a Numatic industrial of course (who make the Henry's) but these are quite a lot more expensive.
