How much are you working it though?
the model you describe has got those pleated paper filters as well - like the K'archer workshop one - and a similar price - they're rubbish when they get filled with dust -so after you've used it for 2 minutes you must stop and empty dust from filter - the drum will still be almost empty - put the whole thing back together again and watch in mute horror when you switch it back on and it blows clouds of dust out of the drum edges -
I would advise the OP to pay up to his max budget and get a henry or VAX
