Period Recovery

Hope no one minds me posting this here as I'm still in hospital and a bit exhausted to be sending out private messages to all the very kind well wishers.

My operation on Friday was larger than expected, converting from keyhole to open, and I'll be out of action for a while, but basically it went well and the surgeon thinks he's removed the source of the problem which was a 14 cm endometrioma. I have a bit of a temperature so it's unclear when I'm to be allowed to go home.

Big thumbs up for Peterborough Hospital, it's great and I'm feeling pretty pampered. Just looking forward to being able to walk about normally really, and get back on that decorating ladder!
