Yes, I had a Jetex 50. I greatly coveted the more powerful Jetex 100, but could never afford one. I built a Jetex-powered Hawker Hunter, and had a car and a boat. The Hunter finally lost me my beloved Jetex when it ran out of fuel over a field of wheat, dived into the crop and was never found. I guess it went up a combine harvester later that year!philpjuk100 said:Yes,I remember those! The fuse/gauze/gaskets and pellets, had a small motor, (50?) which my dad bought me in a tethered car which also saw duty in a hydroplane and a scale glouster with an "augmentor" tube.
