Neighbours cider Penners , once you open a bottle you have to finish it.

I once attended a business meeting in Finland at 7.30am. The boss of the company I was visiting took a bottle of vodka out of his desk drawer, opened it and threw away the cap.

This is the tradition in Finland - once the bottle is open you won't need to cap again.

But vodka at 7.30am...? I think I'll stay with Bran Flakes thanks!

Meanwhile, here's the first bit of new pink - first coat, and under scaffolding and by a tree, but hey, it's pink all the same:

The spotty white wood will be painted white when the risk of rain is less. The oak will stay unpainted.

It looks lovely Keith. Just the right shade of pink for Suffolk, in my inexpert view. I'm looking forward to seeing a photo of the whole house, when it's finished.
