I can specifically recommend that whilst taking a very heavy wheelbarrow full of bricks down a scaffold plank on some garden steps, you do not get distracted by one of your offspring. Otherwise you may drop the wheelbarrow wheel off the plank, pulling you over the top of it as you, the wheelbarrow plus the bricks descend merrily in a fine demonstration of the effect of gravity.
I can recommend also the value of not landing with your full weight on your wrist bending your hand back further than nature intended. Hopefully it's just a strain - I don't fancy a 6-8 hour wait in A&E so it's plenty of Ibuprofen for now and off to the GP in the morning to get a direct referral to the x-ray department of the local hospital.... :roll:
