Fixing a minor technical problem in warm, sunny weather, on nice, dry forecourt concrete?

None, I agree, unlike the electrical problem of Thursday in the p**ing rain in Le Mans town, athough of course had the leak from the banjo joint simply been left, the fuel dripping on the hot manifold might have given a rather larger difficulty to fix.

As it was, the portable soldering kit, Araldite, and I think something like his shoelaces wrapped round for good measure did the trick.
