Electric central heating

As I said I'm not advocating these systems, just pointing out that they do exist as it was suggested earlier in the thread that they don't.
I'm hoping to pursuade my conservation officer to allow another type of heating but Its going to be a struggle.
Any one know where I can get plug in heaters that look like period radiators?

(Coo. They almost makes me want to install an old style central heating system.)

It can't be beyond the wit of man to convert these to become oil-filled electric.
Someone must do it somewhere.

Ours was Uponor self installed. Seems to be good stuff in my complete inexpert opinion.
