No water for most of the morning as I made the dreaded, "just one more" mistake.
Removing tiles stuck onto a wooden frame covering the water pipes, I thought I could do the last one quite easily, but no, slip and sds chisel went straight through the vertical pipe to the sink, so Jo's office had a spring clean before I could get the water off.
At least it made me fit the valves to turn off the water supply to the bathroom, so not even the chance of a shower now!!!!

I find that odd. Whenever I make the "just one more" mistake, I find that water becomes my problem for most of the night.

Contract finally signed today so planning application will be submitted tomorrow. Once that has been approved we can pay up and get the keys...

Baby due on the 15th. So there will be plenty to be sorted out during her maternity cover I have to say that joke is starting to wear a bit thin (for her at least).

Once the planning is in we will be getting quotes from folk to do x,y,z. Will post photos in due course but we don't want to tempt fate as we haven't got the keys yet...

Here's an expert tip for you, Mark - free and gratis. Start with a, b and c. X, y and z are usually best left until last.
