Hope the goats get used for milk too - I really wanted some here, but after much reading, it appears they are the world's naughiest pet and they need an informal village/mountainside/ very large field with electric fence. They'd just end up trotting down to Sainsbury's if I installed them here.

Incidentally - have you thought of a tethered goat? You can then benefit from its deforesting tendencies without the need for Pentonville Prison-esque like security?

ASDA would be a bit far for them to go - as well as distasteful to their superior preferences of course!

I have thought long and hard about a tethered goat (it would have to be at least 2 tethered goats as apparently one on its own is too lonely), and I have found an ancient tether in my spinney as well as heard tales of past goats here. My conclusion to this thinking is that tethering goats is cruel, I wouldn't be able to look at them on a rope, I'd undo it - and poof! Goats dancing up and down in the nearby graveyard and offending the mourners. Though whether these could be anything other than delightful wherever they are is hard to imagine:
