Evelyn - Gareth as good as gave me his address when he mentioned turning left at the top of M******** Street. A quick flip through the local 'phone book was all that was needed.
Biff, it needs 2-letter code as well, othwise the numbers repeat every 100 kilometres.
I could find myself in, ooh, mid Wales instead of at Moo's front door
(besides, I thought central Norwich *had* been done? though there's plenty more to photograph)
Oh, and Moo, if you come and look at my house, it was the builder what did it, before I bought. At least, unlike the rest of the street, the city council haven't put placcy windows in mine.
Sorry Biff, you meant Images of England, I was still on geograph. I assumed Moo was one of those weird people who didn't want a photo on IoE (fair enough, we'll just all come and stand looking at it from the other side of the road instead, the greenbacks aren't secret)
Back view of Hainford Hall, to make you weep, is on the link below (listed in 1984, after it had started its slide downhill, so we can't force the owner to do much) The chimney came down in 2003, the whole back wing will be off by this time next year as there's no way to save it.
i actually spoke to the originators of the programme - they phoned for some ideas re property for last episode....... i explained fully and quite frankly why i did not want to be associated with the programme.............
