Hi,
I'm about to embark on a renovation of my rental property, a1906 Victorian mid terrace. Most of the work is relatively straightforward (I believe).
But the kitchen floor currently has the original flagstone tiles. The floor itself is damp(and habited by slugs), so the intention is to remove the flagstone floor, dig out and replace with concrete, DPM etc.
I'm getting a lot of good advice and a lot of mixed advice. But now unsure on how to repair this damp floor.
Any advice is appreciated, any specialists in the West Midlands that can take a look.
Regards
