don't know how you do this on a Mac or an iPad, P, but you need to refresh the web page. If that doesn't work you need to clean out your temporary internet files and your cookies. If you can identify and remove only the specific cookie(s) for this website, that will avoid your losing the ones that identify you to other sites that you regularly visit. But if not, you'll need to get rid of them all.
