Would this be a stupid idea, going to take off the cement flashing soon and do a single lap flashing, could I put some bitumen flashband under the lead as extra protection? cheers again allSoakers don't work with single lap tiles because they aren't supported from below as they would be with double lap. Secret gutters are a modern method of belt and braces single lap.

Also do I use code 4 and how far out should I go onto the tile, trying to work out width of lead to get..

Code 4 is fine. I wouldn't bother with the flashband. You need to dress the lead over the first profile of the tile at least.
As you need a couple of front aprons and ridge abutments making up, it would be worth your while talking to Peter at Just Lead.
