*Very* rough cost of replacing/repairing Edwardian windows in a conservation area

Hi we looking at making an offer on an Edwardian house in a conservation area. The windows are in a generally poor state throughout, as is a french window and it's a fairly big house so I'm trying to get a sense of what the cost of replacement might be if we're looking at replacing substantially repairing most/all of them within the very near future. To add to the fun the ground floor windows are either fully leaded or partly leaded. Across the whole house we're looking at 20 windows ranging from large bays to side windows. If it’s the windows in the photos they are irreplaceable but also easily repairable.
Please, if you intend to rip them out, buy another house.

No intention to rip them out. Any indication of repair costs by someone who knows what they are doing? I aknowledge that a precise figure is not possible, but we are at the ballpark stage of working what we offer if we do. The issue is the frames, rather than the leading which is is in VGC.

I have no idea of current costs but ten years ago I repaired my sash windows myself. They are 2 over 2, about 1.6m x 0.7m. Each one took me about 30 hours spread over two weeks, much of which was removing the old glass (mostly successfully!) and the old paint and putty. It was all down to bare wood which was repainted and then rebuilt with new brass and cords using the old weights and glass.

At the same time my neighbour (the other half of the semi) had Ventrolla in to do his windows - the first thing they did on each window was to smash all the glass. I could have wept.
