Have not posted on here for a while but im back with more questions.
We own a property that is grade 2* listed and has a boundary wall that is separately listed. My questions are:-
1) Has anyone had any experience with the de-listing of a structure (listed garden wall)? I have had a quote of 56K to repair half of it but would prefer to spend this on the house and take the wall away.
2) With regards to building regs, could they insist on insulating the interior walls to obtain a specific u value or would the CO prevent this?
