England were awful - despite the terrible injustice of the second disallowed goal there was seldom any hope given how you could drive bus through the back 4 and they wouldn't have noticed.
I see there was another goal given elsewhere for an offside so I guess FIFA will consider it to be fair on average.
Never mind I'm now hoping to see Germany in the final so we were at least beaten by the winners - I'll be sorely disappointed if they go out in the next round.

Come on FW - the Dutch are a euro-friendly progressive lot, I'm sure it's not an eighth of a ounce over there - I bet even the drugs have gone metric!

Thoroughly enjoyed the final - glad it went to a "Battle Royale" of extra time but pleased it didn't resort to rock, paper, scissors, penalties to decide the world championship. I reckon either side were worthy but I was chuffed than Spain won.
I really liked the ref - he was so sweet making sure that all the losing Dutch got cards to take home as consolation...
