Meeting Hill is very charming, but looks a massive project. My place is a state, and I have had to deal with some structural issues. However, at least everything I wanted was already there (doors, windows, locks, woodwork, pantry, built in cupboards etc, albeit in bad condition). In that property the work would be endless and so much would need to be reinstated to make a period look that you would have to really want to live there to take it on. I don't think I could tackle it.
