A list of the parts that didn't need replacing would probably be shorter than a list of those that did. You would not be able to get spare parts.
The valve body would have suffered wear. A good quality valve (Crane, Pegler, etc., ) would be as good, or better than the 90 year old valve was when new, and it would cost less than having just one small part fabricated.
I have a lathe and I've had valves refurbished. I would replace them if at all practical.
