Planning Permission and LBC to change a set of gates !!

I was puzzled at the time that the CO never visited my house but now I am quite pleased. It was all so overgrown that no-one knew what there was in the garden, so who can say if my stone wall and back gates are original, a repair/rebuild or new? :wink:
