The council gave me a free wheelie bin 2 years ago but the ones who are supposed to come round and collect it, refuse to come down to my house and collect it, telling me that I have to drag it up the hill to the main road. I am stubborn and refuse to do that so it has only been used once. I now take all my rubbish to the tip/bottle bank/paper bank or where ever, I think its called cutting off your nose to spite your face....................... so if anyone would like a wheelie bin that has only been used once :wink:
Its a shame you live so far away Alex I'd have had it, although it would probably say ''South wales county council'' on it so that would probably be enough to confuse the collection guys into not lifting it. I can see them now grouped around their sat nav saying ''we're not in Wales are we Ba?'' ''I knew that last turn was a wrongen''. :lol:
