It might be worth investigating whether granting new leases with 999 year life is a better option than another 99.

Meanwhile in Scotland a Bill is currently before Parliament to convert all leases of over 175 years (and with more than 100 years to run) into ownership.

Clearly the BBC have taken heed of the Health & Safety implications of KitKats, there is a distinct lack of them in this photo series, when it should be choc-a-block with them. Standards are clearly slipping - not only have they bowed to H&S on the KitKat issue, they have clearly forgotten that they are the British Broadcasting Corporation. This theme of "coffee break" is just pandering to those Americans and other foreign devils - it's a TEA break, for Christ's sake......... :roll: :lol:
