My dad, 78 now, went to a boarding school but was very progressive and no fagging allowed! Quite a blessing I think, however, they did make them run 2 miles each morning and have a cold bath (alone!) - what is it about cold baths????

That sounds very like the school my other half went to (in the wilds of Scotland).
I don't know about your dad but it had no lasting effect on Mr Moo, whose idea of vigorous exercise is lifting yet another book off the shelf.

Wilds of Dorset for my dad. lasting effects? yes, I think so, he spent the last 10 years before his retirement as a GP who was known for just recommending to people to dress warm, turn off their central heating and open the windows! (Advice I quite agree with, as do PPUKers as I see from postings!) and he is always to be found in a range of overpocketed warm waistcoats, making full use of all that fresh air!

Oh yes, you are so right! :lol: Should any of you guys test to see if a quick dunk in a cold bath would make you totally uninterested in seeing Kylie's bottom!!!!!

You could perhaps make that a more extreme test if you put Kylie in the same bath.
