Rotten situation to find oneself in.
32 windows... caramba. Is this Osborne?
Anyway, another vote for Bedec. I've tried linseed, and would use it for black on south facing, but otherwise the drying time kills it for me.
I don't use water base indoors, but outdoors it does seem to be better.
I've seen so-called professional painters wipe the rain off windows and then paint them... the job should only be done at the right time of year.
That failed paint needs burning off and start again.
Some of your pointing has holes in it.... another job....
Zinsser doesn't have much retail penetration, bit specialist, probably why it doesn't get mentioned. Some that they describe as 'breathable' is only marginally so.
