Quiet enjoyment in a lease does not normally refer to quiet as in not being noisy. It really means that a landlord must not harass or cause a nuisance to a tenant with the intention of making life difficult.
That's not to say a landlord could not use noise to make life difficult for a tenant - but I think you would have to show that the landlord was doing it deliberately for some reason. i.e. to get you to leave the property and end the lease. It doesn't sound to me like that is the case here.
