M MdB Member Messages 3,626 Location Cornwall Dec 10, 2008 #22 Before we bought our house, we got a builder to quote for the work that the surveyor picked up and it was £6k to £9k depending on exactly what was done. We are now at the £50k mark and expect it to end up at the £60k mark. Oh well....
