I clicked on a few of the 4-6 week delivery items and they all had a sourcing fee, one was £3.29, so I suspect that Donhead have done a deal whereby Amazon list the books, Donhead do the work and Amazon take a small fee for it.

I have now got the book at a knock down bargain price of £60 + £2.75 P&P through Amazon but from someone else on the used book section, though the book was new, still in its plastic sealed wrapper. And it came next day rather than after 4-6 weeks!

It may be expensive but it is very well produced. I'm not really surprised at the price as it must have cost an awful lot to publish and will only have limited appeal. Try ordering it through your library, it really is a very good book.
