Seems it last sold in 2005 at £249,950 at which time presumably it was re-roofed. Perhaps the buyer has sold off some parts of the estate, otherwise at the current £350,000 benchmark he won't even be breaking even. Or perhaps I should say 'they' as it seems to have been owned at one time by Priory Builders Ltd, now defunct.

It's a bit on the stony side for me - and I fear the internal walls would be all exposed stone too - but clothed in climbers to soften it, and with all that land I wouldn't say no :wink:
