I already know from my Vendor one thing that the mortgage valuer picked up, that he was very late arriving and stayed only just over an hour. At just under £600 fee, he has earned more than the conveyancing solicitor gets per hour.
As has been commented, it's a jobsworth issue, but the more people who shout loudly, the more the Bsc's need to think about their policies.
