Yes, it was already "under offer" when I posted. I see from Wikipedia that he "is a shy man who feels uncomfortable in the limelight and would prefer to potter in his garden than maintain a high profile in London's media circles", so it would seem he has found the right sort of place - far enough away from London's media circles and plenty room for pottering!
