Quite. I think the last time I "ran" a mile was that special form of torture and misery that only PE teachers know how to inflict on the unwilling, known as cross-country.

Some of the corporate life ins policies pay out more if you die while on business, I have always been taught that should His Lordship expire unexpectedly I must dress him in his suit, put the briefcase in his cold lifeless hand and dial the office on his mobile. Not sure if the company medical counts as business :wink:
