I drove past it yesterday so only caught a glimpse, but my impression was that there was an estate agent's board outside the house between you and the YMCA - the sort of khaki/olive green one - number 46? I imagine you'll be proved correct, although perhaps a building of that grandeur might become "luxury executive apartments" rather than just flats. One can only hope that, in view of its II* status, any work done will be extremely sympathetic to the original building.Moo said:flats
