You might not find it a a DiY shed but if you go to a sawmill that is closely tied to forest and tell the boss what you want, it should be forthcoming. They may have to cut a tree down to meet your needs and it may be best to not use it for a year or two, but this is hardly a job to be rushed. (That carving is probably going to be easier with the wood green anyway.)
