Surely you could describe a very good plumber as a craftsman, and Biff is not one of those, or not from what I've read on his site. ;-)

Hmmm....must write a page about plumbing sometime. I did quite a bit of the plumbing in our house. When you turn the cold bath tap on it sometimes huts itself off, suddenly with a bang. This doesn't happen if you leave the cold tap on the handbasin running. I don't really understand plumbing but that never put me off.
