Ah, Stephen and Gareth. Withern Mill is now being advertised at a mere £925 000

The river is a beautiful fast flowing chalk stream. We went canoeing up it last week - had to carry the boats round the mill. Saw a kingfisher and a black swan.

Not sure Gareth would consider himself quite so omnipotent and omnipresent, but I stand to be corrected on Monday...

In reality I admit I don't know if he wore his big white stetson for the inquiry as I didn't make it. I do know he fought the good fight as I read his Proof.
