How concerned should I be about survey results?

If it helps, my roof reapir costs were:

New lead flashing across the whole parapet wall,
Two valley areas - concrete ground out and redone (it was all cracked and let water in),
Part bitumen felt collapse and repair with breathable felt,
Chimney area that was probably causing water ingress - lead flashing fixed:
X2 Chimney stack repointing,
New larger and deeper gutters on upper level,
Parapet wall repointed:

£5000.00 inc VAT (no scaffolding used)
