I also note EBH that missing from that long list of properties in London, is SPAB HQ in Spitalfields, where you could have spoken to me... Actually we were pretty busy and it was lovely to hear how many places people were cramming in and how much of a buzz there is around these open days.

I visited the SPAB several years back - a very compact building with (from memory) a display on pargetting. The building came over as being comprehensively utilised - very much a working building - so really good to hear that you are transforming the courtyard. It is amazing what can be done to create delight in such a small space.
