Grade 1 peel tower for sale-1 previous owner

Went around it twice, felt very depressed afterwards. Would make three very nice houses, IF there was a decent drive, if there was parking, if there was not a picturesque arch througth the middle of the best building, if the buildings were not cheek by jowl, if there was the possibility of three gardens. I am intrigued by what the heck the new owner is going to do with it, could make an excellent semenary?.

Yes, my 2 brothers and I thought pretty hard about it as three houses in one would have suited us. But at least one of us would really have to move there and it didnt work just at the moment. I am sure we will regret that.

Just as an FYI for those who wonder, a similar style peel tower in Easingwold is on the market as well - £3.5 million.

I think they were taking final offers earlier this week so we may soon see. I doubt if you could raise a mortgage - its pretty knackered.
