Ah but you need to pay attention... If we start referring to Nigel as Ivy then you need to understand why.

Ivy = IV = Current x Voltage = Power which is measured in Watts. I am sure that Ivy has heard of far better puns on his surname than that but as nick names go, it isn't all that bad ;-) (I'm sure Penners could do better though)

This is hard, but I'll try. I am currently wearing a pair of New & Lingwood black leather Oxfords with composition soles. A bit naff that they aren't 100% leather I know, but when it's wet in London as it is today they reduce the risk of me slipping on the pavement. How about you?

Shoes would be quite a short conversation for a lot of us men. I wear boots, all the time. When they wear out (and I mean REALLY wear out) I am forced, grudgingly, to buy another pair. So the choice in the morning doesn't take long. I do have a smart pair of shoes, they're in the bottom of the wardrobe somewhere.

Feelings - erm, I feel knackered today, does that count? I feel like a beer? Is that what you mean?

Pets - now most blokes can talk about them, to a point at least. But perhaps not in the same way as girls.

It would be horrible if the sexes behaved and talked in the same way. Long live the difference, as the French would say.
