And if you can find tradesmen of that ability for all your works, you'll be doing really well !

With any luck you'll start a trend and persuade your neighbour to the left to get that horrible brick red masonry paint off their bricks, and your neighbour to the right to get rid of that horrible pebbledash!

Unpainted pebbledash has to be the worst - it just always looks dirty and manky after a few years, it always stains around openings.
