Bedec MSP paint works on plastic and has been discussed on other threads - I'm using it on my wooden windows, it's a nice paint to work with. It would definitely improve the appearance of white UPVC.

One of my kids has glow in the dark dinosaur stickers on his bedroom ceiling. Maybe that's why the dinosaurs became extinct - being glow in the dark must have made them a bit of an easy target.
